FCS WebSuite
A self-hosted PHP website system for businesses that want simple editing, local ownership, and quiet updates from a central FCS hub.
What it is
Installed on each client server. Managed from one trusted hub.
WebSuite is being built as an installable PHP system, not a giant hosted platform. Each website keeps its own files, database, content, users, and settings while checking in with FCS for licenses, releases, and update safety.
Editable pages
Create, edit, publish, and manage pages without carrying the weight of a full WordPress install.
Local ownership
Each install runs independently on the client's own hosting account with its own SQLite database.
FCS updates
The hub signs release metadata, tracks versions, and gives installs a safe update path.
Update model
Quiet updates with guardrails.
1. Register
Each install connects to the hub with an active license key.
2. Verify
Release metadata is signed, and package checksums are matched before install.
3. Backup
The install creates a local backup before any update or restore action.
4. Restore
Rollback tools keep recovery available if an update needs to be reversed.
The first version is focused on a strong foundation: pages, settings, hub registration, signed releases, verified downloads, backups, and rollback.
